Chicken fillets 12 pcs
White wine vinegar 45 ml
Chopped or pureed garlic 1 g
Salt and black pepper (freshly ground) as much as needed
Small chopped onion 1 pcs
Dried apricots 150 g
Dry white wine 125 ml
Water 750 ml
Chicken stock 2 Sachet(s)
Lemon juice 15 ml
1. Clean and wash the fillets with vinegar.
2. Pat dry with paper towels, season with garlic, salt and black pepper and set aside.
3. Chop 5 apricots into thin slices and set aside.
4. Heat the Delícia Creamy Margarine in a pan.
5. Add the onion and whole apricots and fry lightly.
6. Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Add the indicated water, the chicken stock, mix well and cook until 1/3 of the total quantity is reduced.
7. Remove from the heat and blend the apricots in a blender until they are smooth.
8. Return the sauce to the pan, add the lemon juice, the reserved apricots, correct the salt and serve with grilled chicken fillets in Delícia Creamy Margarine.
