1 unit of firm yogurt (170 g)

1 romaine lettuce cut in half

Sauce: mmix the yogurt, black pepper, salt, juice and zest of Sicilian lemon in a bowl and set aside in the fridge.
Grilled salad: brush the Soya Canola Oil along the romaine lettuce cut in half. Place it on a hot grill, on the side that we have brushed with oil. When it's well marked, remove it from the grill.
Finalization: sdress the Romaine lettuce with the i yogurt, the hard-boiled eggs, croutonsand cheese shavingsparmesan.
