Cleaned squid 4 pcs
FINISHING
Salt 10 g
Regret pepper as much as needed
Chopped garlic 3 g
White wine 250 ml
Lemon juice 45 ml
Chopped parsley as much as needed
SQUIDS
1. Season the whole squid with salt and black pepper.
2. Place the squid on a hot griddle, grill or frying pan, brush with half the Delícia Supreme margarine and do not stir until they are golden brown on one side (approximately 2 minutes).
3. Turn them over one by one, brush with the remaining Delícia Supreme margarine and continue grilling.
4. If the squid start to release too much water, remove them immediately.
FINISHING
1. In a frying pan, over medium heat, brown the garlic in the Delícia Supreme margarine.
2. Add the liquids and boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from the heat and pour over the sliced grilled squid.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley
