Hamburger with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

HAMBURGUER
Delícia Supreme 24 g
Duckling 500 g
Bacon, finely chopped 20 g
Medium onion, finely chopped 30 g
Meat cube 9 g
Salt and pepper as much as needed

Sauce
Medium onion grated 30 g
Gredded Parmesan cheese 50 g
Wheat flour 15 g
Cold milk 300 g
Cheese sauce 34 g
Mustard sauce 34 g

MONTAGE
Mini hamburger buns 120 g
Large tomato 100 g
Fresh herb leaves as much as needed

Preparation Method

HAMBURGUER
1. Pulse the meat and bacon in a food processor, just to chop the meat.
2. Add the onion and the crumbled beef stock and pulse again.
3. Remove from the processor, season with black pepper and correct the salt if necessary.
4. Separate the meat into 4 portions, shape them into mini hamburgers and fry them in a hot frying pan with Delícia Supreme margarine over medium-high heat until they are cooked on the inside and golden on the outside. Set aside warm. .

Sauce
5. Add the Delícia Supreme margarine and the onion to a saucepan and let them brown slightly.
6. Add the wheat flour and mix well (best with a hand-held wire whisk which dissolves the flour well) for a minute.
7. Always mixing, add the cold milk and mix until the cream becomes smooth and homogeneous.
8. Turn off, remove 2 tablespoons and set aside.
9. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the remaining sauce, mix well, correct the salt if necessary and set aside warm.
10. To the two spoonfuls of sauce, add the mustard and mix well.

MONTAGE
11. Cut the buns in half.
12. In a frying pan with melted Delícia Supreme margarine and well heated, brown the inside edges of the buns.
13. Place a slice of tomato on the bottom half of the buns and then the grilled hamburgers.
14. Cover with the cheese sauce and garnish with the mustard sauce.
15. Garnish with fresh herb leaves of your choice.
