Ingredients

For the dough

  • 1 can of drained canned green corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk (250 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of Soya Oil (30 ml)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (130 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

For the filling

  • 2 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (30 ml)
  • 300g of finely chopped top sirloin or pork shoulder
  • .
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 6 sprigs of chopped chives

For breading and frying

  • 1 cup wheat flour (130 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ packet of shredded angel hair pasta (250 g)
  • 1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil

Preparation Method

  1. In a blender, beat the ingredients for the dough except the wheat flour.
  2. In a bowl mix what has been beaten in the blender with the flour. Set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add the oil and fry the pork until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté for a few moments. Add the spring onions and the reserved pasta. Mix well and cook until the pasta becomes firm.
  5. Transfer the pasta to a plate and cover with plastic wrap on contact until cool.
  6. Divide the dough into 30g portions and roll in the flour, egg and then the crushed noodles.
  7. Heat the soybean oil in a pan and deep-fry the dumplings at 160 °C until golden brown. Drain and serve immediately.
