Ingredients

Para a massa

  • 1 e ¼ xícara (chá) de leite morno (300ml)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Canola Soya (30ml)
  • 2 ovos
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar (45g)
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal (5 g)
  • 1 pacote de fermento instantâneo biológico seco (10g)
  • 5 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo (600g)

Para o egg wash

  • 1 ovo
  • 1 colher (sopa) de água (15 ml)

Preparation Method

For the dough

Mix the milk, oil, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the wheat flour and mix until combined. Knead the dough until it comes together.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Portion the dough into 75g balls and arrange on an oiled baking sheet, keeping a small distance between them. Leave to rest for another 30 minutes. Brush the egg wash gently over the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Tips: If you want, use the mixer with a hook to speed up the process.
