Delícia Supreme Light 12 g
Brown sugar 80 g
Honey 15 g
Oat flakes 40 g
Cashew nuts chopped 15 g
Almonds or Brazil nuts 20 g
Raisins 30 g or raisins 30 g
Well-ripe dwarf banana, mashed 20 g
1. Mix all the ingredients together and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball.
2. Pour onto a rectangular baking sheet greased with margarine and press down so that the dough is about 2cm high. Set aside for at least 4 hours before cutting.
3. Cut into 9 x 4 cm bars and keep wrapped in cellophane paper.
