Ingredients

For the dough

  • 2 2/3 cups (tea) wheat flour (350 g)
  • 6 tablespoons 50% chocolate powder (45 g)
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar (240 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (7 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (7 g)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon powdered nutmeg (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon clove powder (3 g)
  • 1 ¼ cup whole milk (310 ml)
  • 2/3 cup honey (170 ml)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence (15 ml)
  • 2/3 cup Canola Soya Oil (170 ml)

For stuffing

  • Sweet milk (280 g)

Finalization

  • 5 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles (60 g)

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the spices. Set aside
  2. Add the milk, honey, eggs, essence and oil to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix together.
  3. Place on a greased baking sheet with a hole in the middle and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.

Assembly

  1. Mould the cold cake, and cover with dulce de leche.
  2. Finish with chocolate sprinkles.
