500 g de patinho moído
1 xícara (chá) de cebola picada
1 colher (chá) de páprica doce
1 colher (sopa) de salsinha picada
1/2 colher (sopa) de hortelã fresca picada
1 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto completo com pimenta
1/2 colher (chá) de pimenta síria ou cominho
2 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão
1/4 de xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya
1/2 cubo de caldo de carne
Molho
1 pepino ralado
1/2 colher (sopa) de hortelã fresca picada
1/2 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto completo com pimenta
Kafta: Place the meat and seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Shape the meat with your hands and place it around wooden skewers suitable for barbecuing. Arrange the skewers in a rectangular baking dish, brush them with a little Soya Soya Oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes. Halfway through, turn the skewers so that they cook evenly.
Sauce: Place all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve with the kafta.
