1/2 ovo

1/2 xícara (chá) amido de milho
1/4 de xícara (chá) de Maionese Soya Caseira
1 pitada de sal
Mousse
1/2 caixinha de leite condensado
5 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão
1/2 caixinha of creme de leite
1/2 xícara (chá) chocolate branco derretido
Raspas de limão a gosto
Ganache
1/2 xícara (chá) chocolate ao leite derretido
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Decoração
Uvas-brancas thompson e crimson
Dough: In a bowl, add and mix the egg, wheat flour, cornstarch, Homemade Soya Mayonnaise and salt. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough into a false-bottomed mold, prick it with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Mousse: Set aside the lemon zest and blend all the other ingredients for the mousse until they are smooth. Add the lemon zest, mix and set aside.
Ganache: Place and mix the chocolate and cream in a bowl. Set aside.
Assembly: place the ganache inside the baked pastry and then the mousse. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove, decorate with the grapes and serve the pie cold.
