Ingredients

Para o cuscuz de milho

  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite integral (250ml)
  • Sal a gosto
  • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de milho em flocos (300g)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Óleo de Girassol Soya (15ml)

Para a carne

  • 500 g de carne bovina moída
  • 2 colheres (sopa) Óleo de Girassol Soya (30ml)
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 4 dentes de alho ralados
  • 2 pimentas-de-cheiro picadas
  • Cheiro verde à gosto
  • Sal a gosto

Para o Ovo

  • 3 ovos
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Girassol Soya (30ml)

Para a saladinha de tomate

  • 3 tomates cortados em cubos
  • 1 colher (sopa) de vinagre branco (15ml)
  • Sal a gosto

Preparation Method
