Macaroni au Gratin with Cheddar and Bacon

Ingredients

Creamy Delight 100 g
Macaroni 1 packet(s)
Wheat flour 30 g
Skimmed milk 500 ml
Cheddar cheese 250 ml
Dark mustard 15 ml
Nutmeg 1.5 g
Chopped bacon 250 g
Coarsely grated Parmesan 125 g
Chopped parsley 45 g
Salt as much as needed

Preparation Method

1. In a frying pan, fry the chopped bacon until it is golden brown and coated.
2. Drain off the excess fat and set aside.
3. Bring 3 liters of water to the boil in a saucepan.
4. Add salt and the pasta and cook until tender, drain and set aside.
5. Melt Delícia Cremosa in another pan, add the wheat flour and heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
6. Add the milk, cheddar cheese, mustard and nutmeg and cook until the sauce is not too thick.
7. Place the pasta, sauce and fried bacon in a baking dish and mix well.
8. Cover with the Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC, for 15 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
