MASSA
Delícia Cremosa 200g
Wheat flour 320 g
Warm water 160 ml
RECHEIO
Large chopped onion 1 pc
Duckling cut at the tip of the knife 200 g
Salt 20 g
Cumin as much as needed
Pepper, small, cut into cubes 1/3 p
Red bell pepper, small, cut into cubes 1/3 p
Chopped green olives 75 g
White raisins 35 g
Chopped chives 8 g
Eggs 2 p
MASSA
1. Place the wheat flour on a smooth surface in the shape of a volcano.
2. In the center, add the salt and hot water, little by little, as much as necessary to bring the dough to a point.
3. Add the creamy, melted and warm Delícia margarine and knead until you have a smooth dough.
4. Cover the dough and leave to rest for an hour.
RECHEIO
5. In a saucepan over medium heat, fry the onion in the creamy Delícia margarine until golden brown.
6. Add the minced meat, salt and cumin and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add the peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes.
8. Off the heat, add the olives, raisins, spring onions and hard-boiled egg cubes.
MONTAGE
9. Cut the dough into 20 equal portions and then roll them out into 10 cm disks.
10. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center and place the pieces in a semicircle.
11. Then, using your thumb, fold over the edge of the dough, about 1 cm, forming small waves, until you have finished.
12. Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200º C for 20 minutes.
