Massa
3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1/2 xícara (chá) de amido de milho
1/2 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto alho e sal
2 1/4 xícaras (chá) de leite
1/2 xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya
1 1/2 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
4 ovos
1/2 xícara (chá) de Maionese Soya Caseira

4 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya
2 abobrinhas sem miolo picadinhas
1/2 colher (sopa) de alho picado
1 xícara (chá) de cebola picada
400 g de carne moída
1 cubo de caldo de carne
1 cenoura picadinha
1 tomate grande picado
1/2 xícara (chá) de azeitonas picadas
Tempero pronto completo sem pimenta, a gosto
5 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada
1/2 lata de ervilha em conserva
2 ovos cozidos e picados
Margarina Soya Cremosa para untar
Filling: Heat half the Soya Soya Oil in a frying pan, add the zucchinis and fry, just until golden and dry, without letting them wilt. Remove and set aside. In a pan, fry the garlic and onion in the Soya Soya Oil remaining. Add the meat and broth and fry, without stirring too much, for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the carrots and tomatoes, mix and fry until they dry out. Turn off the heat, add the peas, olives, zucchini, parsley, chopped egg and the complete seasoning without pepper, correct the salt if necessary, mix well and set aside.
And set aside.
Dough: In a blender, beat all the ingredients until smooth. Assembly: In a 24 x 34 cm rectangular pan, greased with Soya Margarine Cream, place half the dough. Add the filling by spreading it all over the pan, cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes, or until the pie is set and slightly golden.
