Ingredients

For the potato cream

  • 5 medium boiled potatoes (1 kg)
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) whole milk (350 ml)
  • 1 cup curd cheese (200 g)
  • Salt to taste

For the meat

  • Sliced bacon (250 g)
  • 3 teaspoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (45 ml)
  • 500 g rump in strips
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste

To finish

  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)

Preparation Method

For the cream

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Set aside.

For the meat

  1. Brown the bacon with 1 tablespoon of Soya Sunflower Oil. Set aside.
  2. Brown the meat in the same pan as the bacon, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Add the onion and garlic with the rest of the Soya Sunflower Oil.
  4. Return the meat to the pan and add half the chopped parsley.
  5. In the pan, cover the meat with the potato cream, adjusting the salt and pepper.

To finish

  1. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the cream and cover.
  2. Finish with bacon and the rest of the parsley.

Hints: if you want to grate it, bake it with the mozzarella until golden brown and then finish with the bacon and parsley.

Variation: In place of the bacon, use golden chopped Calabrian sausage.
