In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous dough forms. Pour approximately 90g of batter into each 215 ml mug.
Microwave at high power for 2 minutes, until it turns into a cake.

To finish Sprinkle the sugar on top of the cupcakes. Tips: the preparation time may vary according to the power of your microwave. Variations: Put a few squares of chocolate on top as soon as it comes out of the microwave to have melted chocolate as a topping!
