Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of 50% chocolate powder (40g)

  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour (60g)

  • 6 tablespoons of caster sugar (80g)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (6g)

  • 8 tablespoons of milk (120ml)

  • 4 tablespoons of Soya Corn Oil (60ml)

  • 2 egg yolks

To finish

  • Icing sugar for sprinkling

Preparation Method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous dough forms. Pour approximately 90g of batter into each 215 ml mug.

Microwave at high power for 2 minutes, until it turns into a cake.

To finish, mix all the ingredients together.

To finish

Sprinkle the sugar on top of the cupcakes.

Tips: the preparation time may vary according to the power of your microwave.

Variations: Put a few squares of chocolate on top as soon as it comes out of the microwave to have melted chocolate as a topping! Finish as you like, with strawberries, sliced bananas, dulce de leche or confectionery.
