Ingredients

2 1/2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya 4 xícaras (chá) de leite 1 1/2 colher (sopa) de caldo de galinha 2 xícaras (chá) de flocão de milho

1 1/4 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo

1/2 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado

Sal a gosto para cozinhar

Molho

4 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya

1 colher (sopa) de alho picado

1 xícara (chá) de cebola picada

500 g de carne moída

1 tablete de caldo de carne

1/2 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto completo com pimenta

1/3 de xícara (chá) de azeitonas pretas fatiadas

3 xícaras (chá) de molho de tomate

1 xícara (chá) de água

8 colheres (sopa) de salsa e cebolinha picadas

Preparation Method

Gnocchi: In a saucepan, bring the Soya Soya Oil, milk, chicken stock and cornflakes to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to come loose from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and leave to cool. Then add the flour and cheese and mix well. Make rolls out of the dough and cut them into 3 cm long pieces. Put the gnocchi in a pan of salted water and cook, little by little, until they come to the surface. Remove them with a slotted spoon and repeat with the other gnocchi until they are all cooked.

Sauce: In a saucepan, add the garlic and onion and fry in Soya Oil until golden brown. Add the ground beef, the crumbled beef stock and the seasoning complete with pepper, and let it fry first on one side and then on the other, without stirring too much. When browned, mix well, add the olives, tomato sauce and water and cook over a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce is consistent. Add the parsley, mix well and serve hot with the gnocchi.
