400 g de peito de frango moído
1 xícara (chá) de folhas, talos e buquês de brócolis, picadinhos
1 cenoura pequena picadinha
2 gemas
1 cubo de caldo de galinha
1 colher (chá) de alho picado
1 xícara (chá) de flocos de milho sem sabor, quebrados
2 xícaras (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya para fritar
In a bowl, put the ground chicken, garlic, egg yolks and chicken stock and mix well. Separate the chicken into two parts and add the broccoli to one of them. Add the carrots to the other and mix. If you wish, mix the two vegetables into the pasta, or another vegetable of your choice. Using a tablespoon, take a portion of the dough, shape it into nuggets (make a small depression with your finger in the center of the dough) and roll in the cornflakes. Place the Soya Soya Oil in a pan and heat well. Gradually add the nuggets and, over medium heat, fry them, first on one side and then on the other. Remove with a slotted spoon, place on paper towels and repeat until all the nuggets have been fried. Serve with Homemade Soya Mayonnaise plain or with a little ketchup (rosé sauce). If you wish, freeze the nuggets while they are still raw. Then take them out of the freezer and leave them in the fridge for a few hours to defrost and fry.
