Ingredients

3 small onions

4 eggs

1 cup (250 ml)

1½ cups wheat flour (185 g)

1 teaspoon of spicy paprika

2½ cups panko flour

1 package of Soya Soya Oil

Salt, to taste

Preparation Method

Cut the onions into slices about 1.5 cm thick and separate the rings. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and a pinch of salt. In a deep dish, season the wheat flour with the paprika and a pinch of salt.

Bake the rings.

Put the onion rings in the egg mixture and then in the wheat flour. Dip them again in the egg mixture and then in the panko flour; repeat this last process.

In a large pan, add the paprika and wheat flour.

In a large pan, heat the Soya Soya Oil until it reaches 170 °C. Fry the rings for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Drain on paper towels and serve afterwards.

Tip: To soften the flavor of the onion, soak the rings in cold water for about 30 minutes. Dry well before breading.
