4 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (60 ml)
2 sliced courgettes
2 sliced tomatoes
1 sliced onion
Salt to taste
Kingdom pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Tomilho to taste
¼ cup sliced black olives (45 g)
200g grated mozzarella cheese
In an ovenproof dish, assemble in layers starting with a drizzle of Soya Sunflower Oil, zucchini, a drizzle of oil, tomato, onion, salt, black pepper, parsley, thyme, olives, mozzarella cheese, zucchini, sunflower oil, adjust salt and black pepper and cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
Finishing:
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese is golden brown.
