1 cup wheat flour (130g)
1 and ¼ cup whole milk (310ml)
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (45ml)
Oil for greasing
In a bowl mix the flour, milk, eggs and oil until you get a homogeneous dough.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and brush on a little oil to grease it.
Using a ladle, cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of batter, tilting the pan to cover the corners.
When the edges are golden, turn to cook the other side. Repeat the process for the rest of the dough.
