Panettone Pave with Fruit

Ingredients

Delícia Supreme 48 g
Condensed milk 395 g
Milk 250 ml
Cornstarch 18 g
Yolks without outer skin 3 pcs
Natural Greek yogurt 2 pcs
Unflavored gelatine powder 5 g
Fruit pannetone cut into cubes 750 g
Milk 125 ml
Large mango, Palmer, peeled and cored, diced 1 pc
Strawberries, cleaned, diced 1 box(es)
Fresh blackberries 1 box(es)

Preparation Method

1. In a saucepan, add and mix the condensed milk, milk, starch, egg yolks and Delícia Supreme margarine.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes or until it thickens.
3. Turn off the heat, leave to cool, mix in the yogurt and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
4. In a deep glass jar about 22 cm in diameter, assemble the pave starting with a layer of cream, then a layer of fruit and a layer of panettone moistened with milk.
5. Repeat, finishing with the cream. Decorate with fruit and serve chilled.
