Ingredients

  • ¼ xícara (chá) de Óleo de Girassol Soya (60 ml)
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 1 ½ xícara (chá) de leite (360 ml)
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de flocão de milho (320g)
  • 2 ovos
  • Sal
  • ¼ maço de cebolinhas picada
  • ¼ maço de salsinha picada
  • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó (15 g)
  • 1 ¼ xícara (chá) de queijo meia cura ralado (300 g)
  • 1 cebola em rodelas
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Óleo de Girassol Soya (13g)

Preparation Method

  1. In a saucepan, add the Soya Sunflower Oil, bring to the boil and sauté the onion without letting it brown.
  2. Add the milk and cornflakes and cook for a few minutes, stirring well.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the beaten eggs, salt, parsley, chives and yeast.
  4. Mix everything together and add the half-cured cheese to the dough.
  5. Place in a rectangular mold greased with Soya Sunflower Oil.
  6. On top, place onion rings to decorate
  7. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes and serve.
