Filling
1 cup dulce de leche
1/3 cup roasted and ground peanuts
Dough
2 eggs
1/2 cup Soya Oil 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup shelled and peeled peanuts, roasted and chopped
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Soya oil for greasing
Wheat flour for flouring
Decoration
1/2 cup dulce de leche
Roasted peanuts to taste
Filling: mix the dulce de leche with the ground peanuts and set aside.
Dough: In a blender, beat the eggs, Soya Soya Oil and sugar. Lower the speed, add the milk and wheat flour, and blend just to mix. Turn off, add the peanuts and yeast and mix with a spatula.
Assembly: In a greased and floured mold, place half the dough, then the filling and finally the remaining dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked through. Wait for it to cool and decorate with dulce de leche and peanuts.
