Soak the beans overnight. Change the water in the middle of the process and discard all the liquid before cooking.
In the pressure cooker, put the soaked beans, the water and the bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes after the beans come under pressure.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the bacon and sausage. Add the onion and garlic until golden. Add the cooked beans and stock. Cook for a few more minutes until the stock thickens. Adjust the salt and pepper.
