Ingredients

  • 5 colheres (sopa) chocolate em pó 50% (50 g)
  • 3 colheres (sopa) açúcar (30 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo (20 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) of UHT cream of wheat (30 g)
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 gema
  • 1 colher (chá) essência de baunilha (5 ml)
  • 3 colheres (sopa) Óleo de Canola Soya (45 ml)

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour 50 to 60 g of dough into greased silicone molds.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 5 to 7 minutes

Tip: Serve with cream ice cream, strawberries and crunchy farofa
