For the dough
- 4 cups wheat flour (480 g)
- 1 teaspoon dry instant yeast (3 g)
- 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)
- 1 cup (250 ml)
For the filling
- 250 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 unit of sliced Calabrian sausage
For finalization
- 1 unit of Soya Soya Oil
For the dough
Mix all the ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume. Portion the dough into 8 balls.

Fold the dough and fill with the mozzarella and pepperoni. Close by folding the edges inwards.
Finalization
Heat the oil to 160°C and fry the pizzas until they are well browned.
Variation: if you want a vegetarian version, replace the filling in this recipe with cheese, tomatoes and oregano.
