For the dough
3 and ½ cups (420 g)
½ tablespoon salt (9 g)
1 tablespoon yeast (10 g)
1 and a half cups (375 ml)
3 tablespoons of Soya Canola Oil (45 ml)
Toppings
2 cups tomato passata (500 g)
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese (480 g)
Sliced Calabrian sausage to taste
Basil leaves to taste
For the dough
In a bowl place the flour, salt, yeast, water and oil, mix well until smooth. Cover the bowl and leave the dough to rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
Divide the dough into two parts.
Divide the dough in two. Roll out into 28x20cm molds and let rest for another 40 minutes.

For assembly
Spread the passata on top of the dough, cover with the grated cheese and Calabrian sausage.
Bake in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, until the edge is golden and the cheese is lightly gratinated.
