3/4 de xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya
3 colheres (sopa) de leite
1 ovo
400 g farinha de trigo
1 1/2 colher (chá) de sal
Recheio
5 xícaras (chá) de queijo muçarela ralado
2 tomates italianos maduros, cortados em rodelas
Folhas frescas de tomilho a gosto
Folhas frescas de manjericão a gosto
4 fatias de toucinho defumado picadas, fritas e escorridas
Dough: In a mixer, using the dough hook attachment and on medium speed, beat the ingredients for the dough for about 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth. Place the dough all over the bottom and inside of a round, false-bottomed mold. Prick the dough with the tip of a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Filling: spread the cheese over the pre-baked dough. Then place the tomato slices, thyme leaves, basil and, finally, the pieces of fried bacon. Return to the preheated oven to bake for another 20 minutes or until the pie is golden brown. You can vary the recipe by using other cheeses or even a mixture of cheeses.
