Pop cake de coco com marshmallow

Ingredients

8 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya

4 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo

2/3 de xícara (chá) de açúcar

1 1/2 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó

1 colher (sobremesa) de sal

2/3 de xícara (chá) de leite morno

1 ovo

50 pedaços pequenos de marshmallows coloridos

1 1/2 xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya

Coco ralado seco a gosto

Preparation Method

Dough: In a bowl, mix together half the flour, the sugar, yeast, salt and Soya Soya Oil. While mixing, add the warm milk and the egg. Knead the dough with your hands, gradually adding the remaining wheat flour, until the dough comes away from your hands.

Assembly: Cut the dough into 50 portions and make small balls. Place a piece of colored marshmallow inside each portion. Fry them in hot Soya Soya Oil. While frying, lower the heat a little so that they cook on the inside and brown on the outside. Drain the excess oil on paper towels, rub with grated coconut and serve immediately.
