Delícia Supreme 24 g
Large unpeeled potatoes 2 pcs
Wheat flour 240 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt and pepper as much as needed
Egg (for breading) 1 pcs
Water (for breading) 30 ml
Medium grated parmesan (for breading) 50 g
Corn oil (for frying) as much as needed
1. In a saucepan containing boiling water and salt, cook the potatoes until they are well cooked.
2. Remove, drain and mash to a puree consistency.
3. Melt the Delícia Supreme margarine in a pan.
4. Add the wheat flour and mix until it has been absorbed by the margarine. While mixing, add the potato and eggs.
5. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the bottom of the pan begins to appear.
6. Remove from the heat, leave to cool and use small portions of dough to make small balls.
7. Dip them in the egg and water mixture, then in the grated Parmesan and fry quickly in hot oil.
8. Remove from the pan, place on a paper towel and serve as an appetizer or side dish.
