2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya
1/2 xícara (chá) de toucinho defumado cortado em cubos
1/2 xícara (chá) de cebola picada
1 tomate sem pele e sem sementes, picado
1/2 xícara (chá) de molho de tomate
1/2 xícara (chá) de ervilhas frescas ou congeladas
1/2 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto completo com pimenta
3 eggs
1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada
1 colher (sopa) de queijo parmesão ralado
Sal e pimenta a gosto
In a large frying pan, heat the Soya Soya Oil and fry the bacon. Add the onion and tomato and sauté until the onion has wilted and the tomato has started to break down. Add the tomato sauce, the peas, the seasoning complete with pepper and mix. Crack the eggs on top, cover the pan and, over a low heat, let them cook to the desired degree.
Add the parsley and grated cheese and serve.
