Ingredients

Para a massa

  • ½ lata de leite condensado (197 g)
  • 1 pote de requeijão (200 g)
  • 1 lata de milho em conserva drenado (170 g)
  • 3 ovos
  • ¼ xícara (chá) de Óleo de Canola Soya (64 ml)

Para untar a forma

  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Canola Soya (30 ml)
  • ¼ xícara (chá) de açúcar cristal (55 g)

Finalização

  • Goiabada em barra (500 g)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de água (125 ml)
  • ½ xícara (chá) coco ralado queimado (40 g)
  • Folhas de hortelã a gosto

Preparation Method

For the dough

In a blender, beat the condensed milk, curd cheese, corn, eggs and oil until a homogeneous dough forms.

In a 20cm diameter round pan greased with oil and crystal sugar, pour the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

To finish

In a saucepan, melt half the guava and dissolve with the water until creamy. Cut the rest of the guava into medium-sized cubes.

Cover the pastry with the creamy guava and finish with the grated coconut, pieces of guava and mint leaves on top.
