Ingredients

For the Muffin

  • 2 cups cooked rice (260 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (65 ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese (50 g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (120 g)
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder (7 g)
  • 60 g mozzarella cheese in small cubes

For breading

  • 1 cup wheat flour (120 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and ½ cups panko flour (120 g)

For frying

  • 1 unit of Soya Soya Oil

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make balls of 30 g each and fill with the mozzarella squares.
  3. Dip the balls in wheat flour, then in egg and panko flour
  4. .
  5. Fry in Soya Soy Oil heated to 170°C until golden brown.
