Ingredients

  • ½ abóbora fatiada
  • 2 beterrabas em cubos grandes
  • 1 maço de brócolis em floretes
  • Sal a gosto
  • Pimenta do reino a gosto
  • ¼ xícara (chá) Óleo de Girassol Soya (63 ml)

Para o molho

  • 1 pote de iogurte integral natural (170 g)
  • Suco de 1 limão
  • 1 dente de alho ralado
  • Sal a gosto
  • Pimenta do reino a gosto
  • Salsinha picada a gosto
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Canola Soya (30 ml)

Preparation Method

Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the cut vegetables on it. Season with salt and pepper and brush the rest of the oil over the vegetables.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through.

For the sauce

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Serve with the vegetables.

Variations: You can make it with any vegetables you have at home, such as zucchini, eggplant, carrots or cauliflower.
