Lemon and Garlic Sauce
6 tablespoons of Soya Canola Oil (90 ml)
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Soy sauce and vinegar
6 tablespoons of Soya Canola Oil (90 ml)
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar (45 ml)
½ teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons shoyu (30 ml)
2 tablespoons chopped ginger (15 g)
Chopped spring onion (to taste)
Orange sauceLorange e Pimenta- pepperoni
6 tablespoons of Canola Soya Oil (90 ml)
3 tablespoons orange juice (45 ml)
½ teaspoon dried peppercorns
½ teaspoon salt
Gather all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid, close it and mix well to integrate them evenly.
Tip for the 3 sauces: when using, always shake the mixture to make it uniform.
