Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Cremosa 100 g
Water and salt cookie 300 g

RECHEIOUS
Delícia Cremosa margarine with salt 12 g
Turkey breast counted in strips 200 g
Chopped onion 1/4 un
Red bell pepper in medium strips un red bell pepper in medium strips un
Yellow bell pepper in medium strips 1/4 un
Green bell pepper in medium strips 1/4 un
Carrot in medium strips 1/4 un
Chicken or vegetable stock 1 Sachet(s)
Azeolones, pitted, sliced 5 pcs
Light cream cheese 75 g
Mayonnaise 75 g
Salt as needed

MONTAGE
Straw potatoes for decoration as needed

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Blend the cookies in a blender until they form a crumbly mixture.
2. Remove, place in a bowl, add the Delícia Cremosa margarine, mix well and line the bottom of a 24 cm diameter removable rim pan.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes. Set aside.

RECHEIO
4. Heat the Delícia Cremosa margarine in a large frying pan.
5. Add all the vegetables and the stock and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat, leave to cool, add the mayonnaise, cream cheese, turkey breast, olives, correct the salt, mix well and set aside.

MONTAGE
7. Cover the dough with the filling and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
8. Garnish with straw potatoes and serve with a green salad.

TIP
This light and tasty meal can also be prepared with cooked and shredded chicken, tuna or just vegetables.
