Dough
4 eggs
1 cup of milk
3 teaspoons of salt
3/4 cup of Soya Canola Oil
2 1/3 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
Filling
1 packet of frozen vegetable mix (corn, peas, carrots and green beans)
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons of chopped greens
1 can of tuna in water
1/2 sachet of powdered seasoning for vegetables
Filling: discard the water from the tuna and put it in a bowl. Add the rest of the filling ingredients, mix and set aside.
Dough: Blend the eggs, milk, salt and Soya Canola Oil in a blender. Add the wheat flour and blend until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Add the yeast and beat just to mix.
Assembly: Place 2/3 of the dough in a rectangular mold approximately 22 cm long. Add the vegetable mixture and cover with the rest of the dough. In a preheated oven, bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes.
