To the toothpick
6 halved sausages
12 slices of mozzarella (200g)
For the pasta
1 cup wheat flour (120g)
½ cup water (125ml)
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar (5g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (7g)
For breading
1 cup panko flour (100g)
For frying
1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil
Slice the sausages into snack sticks. Fold the slices of mozzarella lengthways and roll them up in the sausages.
In a small bowl, mix the dough ingredients. Dip each sausage stick in cheese and roll in panko flour. Heat a medium pan with Soya Soya Oil and deep-fry at 180°C until the sticks are golden brown. Serve immediately.
