3 eggs
1 tablespoon whole milk (15ml)
1 teaspoon of Soya Sunflower Oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, beat two eggs with a fork, add the milk and salt.
Heat a small frying pan over low heat and add the oil.
Stir constantly with a spatula in a circular motion until the egg is cooked but still creamy. Serve with black pepper.
