Ingredients

For seafood

  • 200g cleaned shrimp with tail
  • 200g squid rings
  • 200g white hake or tilapia in medium cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Kingdom pepper to taste
  • 1 cup wheat flour (120g)
  • 1 unit of Soya Soya Oil

For the sauce

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (170ml)
  • 1 carton of UHT cream (200g)
  • 1 clove of grated garlic
  • Juice of 1 tahiti lemon
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • King's pepper to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Season the seafood with salt and black pepper
  2. Dust with flour and remove excess.
  3. Fry in Soya Soya Oil preheated to 160°C until golden brown.
  4. Mix all the sauce ingredients and serve chilled.

Variation: Change the parsley in the sauce for cilantro.
