2 eggs
½ cup milk (125ml)
½ cup of Soya Canola Oil (125ml)
¾ of a cup (120g)
¾ cup sour starch (120g)
½ teaspoon salt (2.5g)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
½ tablespoon baking powder (7g)
Beat the eggs, milk and oil in a blender.
Mix the contents of the blender with the sprinkles, cheese and salt.
Finally, add the yeast and stir well.
Grease an 18cm-diameter round cake tin with Soya Canola Oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
