Ingredients

Para a massa

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de caldo de camarão (500 ml)
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal (8 g)
  • 4 colheres (sopa) of Óleo de Soja Soya (60 ml)
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo (240 g)

Para o recheio

  • 350g de camarão médio limpos picados
  • 2 colheres (sopa) of Óleo de Soja Soya (30 ml)
  • ½ cebola
  • 1 dente de alho
  • Sal a gosto
  • Pimenta do reino a gosto
  • Salsinha picada a gosto
  • 100g de requeijão forneável

Para a montagem

  • 17 unidades de camarão médio limpo com rabo
  • 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo (150 g)
  • 2 ovos batidos
  • 1 xícara (chá) de farinha panko (150 g)

Para fritar

  • 1 embalagem de Óleo de Soja Soya

Preparation Method

For the dough

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the broth with salt and the Soya Soya Oil.
  2. Add the flour little by little and cook, without stopping stirring, for 10 minutes, or until the dough starts to come away from the bottom of the pan
  3. .
  4. Reserve and cool covered with plastic wrap.

For the filling

  1. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic
  2. Add the chopped shrimp, and adjust salt and pepper and cook
  3. Turn off the heat and add the cream cheese
  4. .
  5. Finish with chopped parsley

To assemble

  1. Seal the whole shrimp in the pan and set aside
  2. Mold the drumstick with 35g of dough and 15g of filling, placing the whole shrimp in the middle and leaving the tail out.
  3. Bake in wheat flour, egg and panko flour
  4. Fry in oil heated to 160°C until golden brown.

Tip: if you wish, make them in advance and freeze them to fry at the moment of consumption.
