Ingredients

Para o sorvete

  • 1 pote de sorvete de creme (1,5L)

Para o empanamento:

  • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de Farinha de trigo (180g)
  • 3 ovos
  • 3 xícaras (chá) de Farinha Panko (210g)
  • 1 unidade de Óleo de Soja Soya

Para finalizar:

  • Calda de caramelo a gosto

Preparation Method

For the ice cream

  1. Take out the ice cream balls and wrap in plastic wrap individually and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  2. .

For the breading

  1. Remove the plastic wrap and roll the ice cream in wheat flour, eggs and panko flour.
  1. Fry in oil heated to 180°C, until golden brown

Finishing

  1. Sirva with caramel syrup

Tips: Choose firmer ice creams to make this preparation.
