1/4 cup Soya Bean Oil
8 sirloin steaks
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 halved garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt to taste
In a bowl, place the steaks, white wine and garlic and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Drain the steaks, pat dry to remove excess moisture and rub the garlic over the surfaces of the steaks. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat half of the Soya Soya Oil in a frying pan over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Put some of the steaks in and fry them first on one side for 2 to 4 minutes. When the edges are brown, turn them over and fry them on the other side for another 2 minutes. Add the Soya Soya Oil and repeat with the rest of the meat. Serve garnished with rice with green beans and carrots and a good salad.
