Preparation
For the filling
1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally

To finish
1. Place ¼ cup of filling on each disk and shape into a turtle

2. Make a thin bow of dough and place it on top of the filling

3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
