3 cups of Soya Soy Oil
1 kg of chicken, cut into patties
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and salted to taste
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of "cheiro-finely chopped
1 teaspoon of Bahian seasoning
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 sachet of poultry seasoning
Salt to taste
1 shallow tablespoon of wheat flour
Marinade: wash the chicken pieces well with hot water and then with lemon juice. Put the chicken pieces and all the spices in a bowl. Mix well and leave to stand for 2 hours. Drain the chicken pieces well from the seasoning and, in a medium, deep pan, heat the Soya Soya Oil over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the wheat flour, about 4 to 5 pieces of chicken and let them brown evenly. With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the chicken pieces and place them on a paper towel, spreading them out well so that the excess oil drains off.
