Ingredients

For seasoning chicken

  • 500g chicken tulips

  • 2 grated garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (5g)

  • 1 tablespoon salt (13g)

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil for frying

For the sauce

  • ¼ cup water (60ml)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (30g)

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30ml)

  • 1 and ½ tablespoons tomato extract (20g)

  • 1 teaspoon Calabrian pepper (3g)

  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch (5g)

Finishing

  • Chopped chives to taste

Preparation Method

For the chicken

  1. Season the chicken wings with all the ingredients, marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

  2. Fry the wings in oil preheated to 170°C until golden brown.

For the sauce

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.

  2. Mix until thick.

  3. Involve the wings in the sauce.

Finishing

  1. Finish with chopped chives and serve hot.
