For seasoning chicken
500g chicken tulips
2 grated garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (5g)
1 tablespoon salt (13g)
Pepper to taste
1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil for frying
For the sauce
¼ cup water (60ml)
2 tablespoons sugar (30g)
2 tablespoons white vinegar (30ml)
1 and ½ tablespoons tomato extract (20g)
1 teaspoon Calabrian pepper (3g)
½ tablespoon cornstarch (5g)
Finishing
Chopped chives to taste
For the chicken
Season the chicken wings with all the ingredients, marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
Fry the wings in oil preheated to 170°C until golden brown.
For the sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.
Mix until thick.
Involve the wings in the sauce.
Finishing
Finish with chopped chives and serve hot.
