Delícia Supreme 100 g
Medium eggplant, without core, julienned 1 pc
Zucchini, without core, julienned 1 pc
Fresh thyme 10 g
Buffalo mozzarella 3 pcs
Salt and pepper as needed
Talharini 500 g
Chopped garlic cloves 2 pcs
Steamed carrots (medium) julienned 2 pcs
1. Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan.
2. Add the noodles and cook until tender. Remove from the water and set aside.
3. In a frying pan with a non-stick coating, add the Delícia Supreme Margarine and then the garlic to brown.
4. Add the vegetables, first the carrots, then the eggplants and finally the zucchinis and sauté them for a few minutes (until they are slightly cooked on the outside but firm on the inside).
5. Season to taste, add the cooked pasta, mix well and garnish with thyme leaves.
