Fillets of sole or St Peter, fresh 4 pcs

Medium-sized shrimps, fresh and cleaned 300 g

1. Rub half the lemon juice on the fish.
2. Season with salt and black pepper and set aside.
3. Place two tablespoons of Delícia Supreme margarine in a large, well-heated non-stick frying pan. 4. add two steaks and let them brown on both sides.
5. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with the other two steaks.
5. Clean the frying pan, add two tablespoons of Delícia Supreme margarine and grill the prawns, already seasoned with salt and pepper, for about 2 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
6. Add the capers, lemon juice and the remaining Delícia Supreme margarine.
7. Serve the sauce over the fillets and garnish with the spring onions. Serve with boiled or sautéed potatoes.
